It consists a pipe attribute spreadsheet and node attribute spreadsheet, each of which contain descriptions of the node/pipe category, type, description, location, year built, surveyed (survey__East and survey_North are gereferences to Irish Grid) among other attributes. These spreadsheets can be read in conjunction with pipe and node geospatial files in MapInfo
