Land Area Planning

The Dublin City Development Plan sets out policies and objectives to guide how and where development will take place in the city over the next 6 years. This plan was adopted by Dublin City Council at a Special adjourned Meeting on 24th November 2010. The plan came into effect on 22nd December 2010 and will run until 2017.
